new domain and a new audio set

for ease of remembering, we've added 3 new domains from which you can now access the site. they are quranicaudio.com / .net / .org. please let us know if you run into any problems.
we've also just uploaded sheikh qasami with english translation (courtesy of getislam), and the remaining missing files form sheikh salaah bukhaatir.
